Refund & Exchange Policy
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By agreeing to use the Project Purpose Exchanges Portal and initiating a request for the purchase of product(s) on the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on projectpurpose.co.in. Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for products on projectpurpose.co.in. Every time you wish to use the portal, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of being placed (Monday-Friday). Once the order is shipped, allow at least 2–4 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area, pin code, and region. For orders within India, Project Purpose offers complimentary shipping.

LOST PACKAGES
Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Project Purpose is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
During any sale/promotion period, all sales are final. Project Purpose reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice. No adjustments will be made for your purchases if Project Purpose lowers the price of an item, you have already purchased.
Additional Information
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 12 hours of receiving your order. Send us unboxing photos and a video at info@projectpurpose.co.in, and we’ll investigate the matter promptly.
EMPTY PACKAGE CLAIMS
All orders are carefully weighed before shipping. If you claim an empty package, we will investigate, but false claims will be denied.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, if you need to change the size, email us at info@projectpurpose.co.in within 1 hour of placing your order.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility. You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product. In the case of pre-paid orders, your package will be either re-shipped or you will be granted store credits. Store credit comes with a validity of 30 days.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please click a picture of the product and DM us at projectpurpose.co.in within 12 hours of delivery, or email us at info@projectpurpose.co.in, or WhatsApp us at +91 7982951544.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. Your order can be exchanged within 24-48 hours of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@projectpurpose.co.in and provide all the necessary details.
Exchanges are allowed only in case of quality issues. One of the steps includes a quality check by the team, and we reserve the right to decline the request if the product is used, damaged, or without tags.
Exchanges are subject to availability; if the desired size is not in stock, you will be offered a store credit or product exchange.
Store credit comes with a validity of 30 days. No exchange request will be accommodated for sale orders.
We allow a one-time exchange per product category to ensure you find the perfect fit and better understand our brand's sizing.
The customer is responsible for sending the product back to us for processing. Exchange charges are ₹150, which need to be paid by customers.
The exchanged product will be shipped as soon as we receive the returned product. The whole process takes about 7-9 days.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:
Email us at info@projectpurpose.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address.
You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the item and it passes our quality check, we’ll issue a store credit to your registered email address.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Items that are marked as pre-orders are expected to ship upon arrival at our facility. All customers are charged at checkout for pre-order items to the payment method provided.
